Yesterday, 7 December 2020, the Dutch company, Quality Pack, opened for business at its new premises. This site is located at 80 Hooge Zeedijk 80 in Maassluis, the Netherlands.
Quality Pack signed the purchase agreement at the end of November 2019. This was for a plot at the De Dijk business park. After just over a year of construction, the time had arrived to move in. The growing team has left Barendrecht behind.
They will now officially continue their activities from Maassluis. Here, the company can conduct all its business under one roof. Part of the almost 3,000 m2 warehouse has been operational since July.
De Dijk is strategically located within the Westland-Bleiswijk-Barendrecht horticultural triangle. It's minutes from a major access tunnel and highways. Quality Pack expects to benefit from this.
The building will be officially inaugurated at a later stage. This isn't currently possible due to all the anti-corona measures. It is, after all, a milestone that should be celebrated. And that should include the whole team, partners, and all the interested and involved parties.
Quality Pack designs new packaging concepts. They take care of their fruit and vegetable partners' logistical needs too. Packaging material imports and exports have increased significantly. The company's partners, therefore, increasingly want fast, 24-hour deliveries.
That's why Quality Pack offers a full-service concept. That includes not only stock management and logistic processes. But also the development of packaging materials. Everything is customized. Quality Pack arranges all their clients' packaging needs and demands.
