Fruit Day Experience Store in Foodie Social

The upgraded shopping mall is committed to becoming a new landmark for fashion and socialising. Foodie Social, on the third floor, is Xintiandi's new exploration in innovative business models, bringing high-quality, immersive gourmet and social experience in the form of a food market. More than 30 selected brands gather in over 3,000 square meters, of which, 30% are the first stores in the region.

Fruit Day opens its experience store in Foodie Social in agreement with its premium quality positioning and innovative concept. Since its establishment, Fruit Day has been adhering to the concept of selecting the best fruits all over the world. It is precisely the pursuit of premium quality products that has made Fruit Day one of the first brands to settle in Foodie Social.

Fruit Day Experience Store brings premium fruits from all over the world

In the experience store, shelves are stacked with premium fruits from all over the world, such as shine muscats from South Korea, large envy apples from Chilean, palm-sized avocados from New Zealand, and jumbo Zespri kiwis, bringing a global gourmet experience. It is reported that premium produce such as jumbo cherries from New Zealand that are 34mm in diameter and chocolate oranges from Australia will also make appearance on the shelves soon. In addition, more unique high-quality fruits sourced from all over the world by Fruit Day in the future will also become available in the experience store first.

In addition to premium produce, the “instant sharing" concept advocated by Fruit Day has also been fully integrated in the new store. Small packages and fresh-cut fruit make it easy to carry and share at any time, such as Rockit® apples that are ready to eat from the tube and individually packaged imported bananas. In addition, the store will regularly invite fruit experts to share tips and innovative fruit preparation and consumption methods to develop more creative gourmet experiences.

Fruit Day Xintiandi Experience Store

Wang Wei, founder of Fruit Day, said: “Consumer experience is always the core of our products and brands. Xintiandi gathers the most premium and fashionable consumers from China and even the world, therefore, being able to open an experience store here is built on the trust and recognition given to us by our consumers. We also hope to receive feedback from consumers to improve our sourcing. At the same time, we also noticed that the brick and mortar experience can inspire consumers to have more creative social and interactive experiences. The experience stores will serve as a useful supplement to our online channels and we hope to combine online and brick and mortar channels to bring a full range of quality, in-depth and creative gourmet experience."
