Peruvian global exporter implements worker recognition program

In order to reward its most committed workers, Camposol has implemented the recognition program “Madre Tierra” (Mother Earth).

This program looks for agricultural and industrial manual workers to know how valuable and important they are for the company. Likewise, it helps to promote high productivity, decrease turnover and create a pleasant and competitive working environment.

Camposol aligned the program to the company’s cultural pillars. Therefore, Madre Tierra is focused on excellence-based productivity and looks for giving recognition to workers that comply with the goals in harvesting and industrial processes.

Through this program, Camposol looks forward to recognizing not only excellence at work, but also the commitment of their workers.
