Last week, McDonald's, the Far East Agency for Attracting Investments and Export Support (ANO API), and the Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East and the Arctic (ANO ARCHK DVA), signed agreements of intent aimed at developing public catering network enterprises in Far Eastern Federal District. The agreements provide for joint work, within the framework of which the Agencies will provide consulting support to McDonald's on work in the Far Eastern regions.
The Far East is a new region on the network's presence map, and the opening of enterprises there will allow the company to contribute to the development of the labor market, local entrepreneurship and the local community. At the first stage, McDonald's will create more than 300 new jobs in the region. The company employs its employees in full compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, provides opportunities for career growth and guarantees a stable regular payment of wages.
This means ARCHK will help McDonald's to implement a set of measures aimed at attracting employees of enterprises. The agency will also provide information and organizational support for the company's projects in the Far Eastern Federal District.
En.potatosystem.ru reports that, as part of cooperation, the Far East Agency for Attracting Investments and Export Support will advise the company in the development and formation of a development concept in the region, and will also provide support in working with local suppliers and effective interaction with other development institutions and federal and regional authorities for successful implementation project.
