The new box filler, model BKV 2880, is a further development of the model KV 2800. Where the KV 2800 can fill boxes from 1.400 - 1.600 mm wide, the BKV 2880 goes a step further by also completely filling boxes from 1.800 mm wide.
In addition, the box filler is equipped with a touchscreen with which various settings can be adjusted. The most important of these is to set up the ultrasonic sensors to detect the product. In the touchscreen you can change the response time (the time between the product sensor detects product and the subsequent withdrawal of the supply belt) of these sensors. This way you ensure a small drop height of the product with every product flow. The detection area of the sensors can also be infinitely adjusted between 100 and 500 mm. This setting allows the user to fill the box as desired.
In short, a very user-friendly compact box filler with a high capacity of 50 tons / hour for an interesting price.
