JBT will be hosting free webinars on Prepared Foods

The focus will be on innovative solutions for ingredients preparations, dosing, mixing, filling and sterilizing of viscous and particulate products

In the absolute broadest sense, prepared food is food that is ready for consumption, having been assembled by someone else and sold to a consumer. Great challenge for the processor, but JBT has a long track record in helping processors developing prepared foods, capturing quality, nutrition and taste.

The person purchasing the food does not have to slice, dice, cook, or assemble; that has been done for them. JBT webinars focus will be on Liquid Prepared Foods such as Sauces and Soups with or without particles. The aim of these JBT’s webinars is make the customers aware of how JBT can provide complete and flexible systems for a wide range of different product areas. Viscous products – especially those containing large particles of fruits and vegetables – are not always simple to handle, but JBT provides solutions that can process viscous products (of over 600 cP) and large particles measuring more than 9mm.
