Economic contributions of the Florida citrus industry in 2018-19

The Florida Citrus industry has an economic contribution of $6.5 billion to the state of Florida and supports 37,000 jobs, according to a report developed by the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) and the Florida Department of Citrus, based on the 2018-19 season.
