Due to the closing of the production location of well-known vegetable manufacturer Carota, their machine park is offered online at Industrial Auctions. Amongst others infeed bunkers, destoners and peelers are open for bids. Carota's transport and logistics equipment is also going to be auctioned, for example the palletizers, platforms, transport- and elevating belts. Followed by the centrifugal pumps, tanks, water treatment system, galvanized steel cages and cooling and freezing compressors.
Besides these stand-alone machines the production lines for carrots and celery are auctioned too. With certificates such as GLOBALG.AP and BRC, they have had proven that they met the highest standards during the production process. The lines were built in 2011 and used for approximately 7 years. In the first stage of carrot production all kinds of mechanical contaminations and leaves are removed. Next, carrot is carefully washed, smoothed out and polished. The optical system scanning every single piece of carrot enables to offer repetitive and best quality products. Production cycle is finished by automated vegetable weighing and packing. The line includes also cut-and-polish machines to produce Baby Carrots.
This includes the storage tank with pumps for the water purification system, the water decantation tank, the sand separator with submersible pump, both the purification and processing lines for carrots and celery, the processing line for baby carrots, the sorting line for carrots, the filling and packaging line, the palletising installation, the washing and packaging line and the drum filter screen with self-priming pump.
