Multihead processing systems MHP2000 and MHP2100 combine any unsorted fruit. The former enables the completion of small pre-filled punnets of fruit, vegetables,meat and cheese minimizing giveaway. The latter completes pre-filled transport containers (cardboard crates, IFCOs, Europools, CHEPs, etc.) of fruit, vegetables, meat and cheese.
Weighing trays are loaded manually by operators and optimize weight automatically. Thanks to the two scales installed along the conveyor belt, the systems establish the missing product or combination of missing products in real time. Operators only need to check the LED indicator to reach the pre-set weight.
MHP2000 and MHP2100 are flexible and can also be used for weighing on conveyor belts, combination weighing and throughput (transport only).
