Mitrofresh B.V. has finalized their Eryngii farm in Lipjan, Kosovo. After 4 years of constructing and searching the best technology Mitrofresh is ready to start growing Eryngii mushrooms in the newest South Korean bottle Technology. By using this revolutionary technology, Mitrofresh will be able to supply the highest quality, all organic. The production is going to be active within 3 month from now with a capacity of 8000 kg per day.
