Bio-Label, manufactured by Label Pro Industries in association with Fruit Label Pro, is leading the way in compostable fruit labelling in South Africa.
It is a food-safe label manufactured using material certified “OK compost” by European certification body TÜV Austria. The labels are manufactured from cellulose rendered from wood pulp, processed from sustainably grown timber plantations.

He says it has been a busy year of manufacturing and supplying high quality, full colour labels as well as blank labels and tags, not only for agriculture but also the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
