Owing a GlobalGAP certification allowed the import and export company F.lli Daniele of the The Padua wholesale market (Maap) to increase its turnover abroad, and that trend is constantly increasing.
"Foreign networking business is a natural vocation for our company," explains Mirko Daniele, "and we are looking for new customers and new markets. This is also part of why we will be attending Fruit Attraction in Madrid, in the country where we first established business relations in the 1970s".

Thanks to its many years of experience, F.lli Daniele has become a market leader. Some of its foreign clients are located in Austria, Romania, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia, to mention but a few.
"These countries are located close to our headquarters at the Maap in Padua - adds Daniele - and for this reason we have established close business relations that have been going on for many years. The Maap has always had a very special inclination towards Eastern Europe affairs and we keep pursuing this trend".

Despite being a well-established company, F.lli Daniele keeps innovating with renewed storage cells at the Padua wholesale market Maap, equipped with the latest technologies that optimize logistics, reduce consumption of energy and time, and allows them to gain more space.
Speaking of business, Mirko emphasizes that it is a key moment for the Venetian radicchio, which is one of the leading products during the peak season. Regarding fruit, grapes are one of the company's top products. "Our suppliers - explains Giuliano Daniele - are among the best in the industry. We offer a wide range of prices and grape types to meet all client needs. After all, there are people who look for high quality products, and those who focus on low cost.
