On Saturday, an event was organized to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the first European private wholesale market. A total of 800 guests were present, including member wholesalers and other actors from the sector.
According to the company, Cofruly, it was an “unforgettable evening, full of exchanges and surprises. An event much like our market: ambitious and innovative.” Christian Berthe, manager of Cofruly, is the current president of the Lyon-Corbas wholesale market.
The Lyon-Corbas wholesale market is specialized in fruits and vegetables. Its members include about 25 wholesalers and 60 producers.
A gourmet meal by Philippe Girardon was also organized for the occasion.
