The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of All Pakistan Fruit & Vegetable Exporters, Importers and Merchants Association (PFVA) was held at the office of the Association on 30th Sept. 2019. The induction of newly elected unopposed Chairman, Mr. Abdul Malik Gujjar along with senior vice Chairman Mr. Sarfaraz Hussain Ranjah and Vice Chairman Mr. Zulfiqar Ali took place in the presence of General Body of the Association.
The newly elected Chairman Mr. Abdul Malik is a graduate from Park College USA and brings with him extensive working experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector. Currently he is the CEO of M/s Union Fruit Export (Pvt.) Ltd, a leading company exporting fruits & vegetables to various International markets. This is the 4th time he has been elected as the Chairman of the Association, a record which remains unbeaten in the history of the PFVA. He has also been holding different portfolio as member of various committees in the FPCCI, KCCI & PHDEC.
Addressing on the occasion, he thanked all the members for the confidence and trust they have demonstrated by getting him elected and assured that he would leave no stone unturned for the betterment of this promising sector and enhancement of the export of Pakistani Fruits & Vegetables by exploring new International markets and conducting promotion campaigns.
