The Italian Mazzoni Group has decided to offer their fruit in the future with "natural branding" instead of stickers. This is reported by the specialized German provider Eco Mark LLC.
Increase in flexibility
Since the beginning of July 2019, the Mazzoni logo has graced watermelons of various sizes in Tresigallo. Alternatively, the logo or the inscription can be adapted quickly to the customer's wishes. Crucial to the introduction of natural branding was that the labeling can not be removed or lost somewhere in the supply chain.
Since the melons are very different in size, the machine has been slightly adapted. "The new possibilities increase the flexibility and possibilities in the application of Natural Branding by EcoMark," reports Eco Mark Management.
Carsten Dillenberger and Julius Klopp from EcoMark proudly presented the optimized Natural Branding Machine at this year's Fruit Logistica.
The responsible persons are very satisfied with the machine after two months. "We are currently planning to expand the product range and we are happy to support Mazzoni in doing so!", The management of EcoMark GmbH said in a short comment.
