American asset manager Kabouter Management reduced its stake in Greenyard to 2.9 per cent. Since the total assets of Kabouter in Greenyard have dropped below 3 per cent, the asset manager is obligated to send out a note of transparency. Last year Kabouter Management owned 8.64 per cent of the Greenyard stock.
Due to Kabouter dropping their assets in Greenyard, the percentage of free tradeable stocks has risen from 34.5% to 36.5%.
