FMI starts their summer season by launching a new brand: The Lime King. In cooperation with partners in Brazil, FMI’s team developed this new line as an addition to their lime assortment.
“It fits our philosophy to expand our collection of ‘classic Royal Fresh’ and ‘energizing Toro Verde’ with The Lime King. This way, we respond to the wishes and characteristics of our customers, and we can completely unburden and serve them in the field of limes,” says René Bouman.
FMI is growing
As of this spring, FMI has their own branch in Brazil: FMI do Brasil Ltd. “This allows us to manage our supply chain even better, and to ship directly from the source to various sales markets.” Besides limes, FMI do Brasil also exports papayas.
Jungle of limes
“With The Lime King, we’re once again guaranteeing the best quality of Brazilian limes from our regular suppliers. As one of the larger players in ‘the Jungle of Limes,’ the brand’s name is meant to be playful. With this new brand, the old slogan ‘the wild freshness of limes’ is given new life, and we focus on the better wholesaler’s segment and food service channels,” according to FMI.
