On the border between Russia and Kazakhstan, customs officials made an exceptional discovery. During an inspection, they found thousands of tortoises amongst the cabbages. Smuggling tortoises is very lucrative. The animals are estimated to be worth about 70,000 euro. These animals have been saved and they’re all alive.
