Following several years of work and the development of a natural and fresh recipe, Bonnysa has obtained good results with the sale of its guacamole. Since January 2019, the product has been marketed under the Chef Select brand in all LIDL stores in Spain, and in recent months, the retailer has also brought the guacamole to more countries, both in a promotional way (in Mexican-themed weeks) and in a continuous fashion.
Countries like Poland, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Belgium, Romania, the Netherlands, Italy, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, France and Germany have all had the chance to taste a product that, little by little, has found its place in the market. One of the key drivers for its success is the fact that the recipe is fully natural and contains no sugars, preservatives, dyes or thickeners of any kind. It is also being praised by consumers on social media, highlighting its flavor and characteristics, and using it as an example of "responsible processing." Bonnysa claims that it has always aimed to process the fruits without adding anything, seeking the most authentic flavor.
Other products sold under the Bonnysa brand are also benefiting from the praise given by consumers.
Guacamole is one of the latest additions to the company's range, which will keep expanding over the next few years. The focus will continue to be on tasty, natural products without any additives.
