The Allen Lund Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Stephenson to the corporate business development team leader for Allen Lund Company.
Ryan Stephenson has consistently been the top performing business development specialist (BDS) in the company. Ryan began his career with ALC as a transportation broker and came with 10 years of experience. In this new role, Ryan will be working with all the business development specialists (BDS) and their managers with the aim to drive new revenue opportunities for ALC. He will coach, encourage and empower the growing number of BDS and will help to develop best practices and sales processes, the company said.
According to ALC President, Eddie Lund, "Ryan's sales success over the last 10 years speaks for itself. The same qualities that make him a great salesman will translate well in this new role. He is organized, persistent, a great team player, and he knows how to win. I look forward to working with him to help drive sales throughout ALC."

Ryan Stephenson has been with the ALC Charleston office since 2007, starting as a transportation broker and has spent the last ten years in sales. He is currently the corporate business development team leader. Stephenson attended the College of Charleston and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
