The freight forwarding industry is a tough business. If a company in that sector goes on to specialise in the transport of food and other perishable goods, it becomes doubly challenging. Heugrumbacher logistics company HSL-Fresh GmbH & Co. KG (formerly Spedition Henning) is mastering all these challenges particularly skilfully. It was awarded 99.05 points out of a possible 100 in a recent certification round.
"We cannot possibly do more at this time," says Michael Henning, booker and grandson of company founder Edmund Ziegler. Accountant Heidi Henning is proud: "This makes us one of the top ten German logistics companies," she told the Main Post.
