MSC improves its rail service in Andalusia

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, a world leader in transport and logistics, is pleased to announce the improvement of its rail service between Seville and the Atlantic.

The service, which connects the interior port of Seville and the port hub of Sines, Portugal, started to offer daily departures since April 7, 2019, thanks to the great response received from exporters and importers in the region.

The MSC rail service in Andalusia includes two lines: The Sevilla-Sines service, and the Cordoba-Valencia service. The former is the perfect solution for Andalusian shippers looking to reach the North American and European markets, as well as for importers bring cargo from the Far East. Meanwhile, the Cordoba-Valencia service allows shippers from the Cordoba area to reach the main markets of the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and the Far East.

In addition, the departures program of the MSC rail service in Andalusia is coordinated with the stops of all the ocean services in Sines and Valencia, providing the best connections between the interior of Andalusia and northern Europe, the American continent, the east of Mediterranean, Greece, Turkey and the Red Sea, as well as Asia and the Middle East.

The service is offered with the support of the MEDWAY railway operator.
