This is how Aldi and Lidl put pressure on Migros

Switzerland is not a country of discounters. This is true even after ten years of Lidl and 14 years of Aldi. Nevertheless, the German players have changed the local retail trade much more than the numbers suggest. Together they are good for three billion francs of revenues. Coop and Migros together generate 22 billion with their supermarkets. The balance of power is clear. But they are wavering.
