"The new production season of our grapes begins every year in the middle of July, provided that weather conditions are regular. The production season continues until the end of December. At the moment we mainly supply grapes from storage. The retail conditions are still quite ideal. Looking at the price, for example, there is only a slight decrease in comparison with the same period last year. This development is mainly due to large-scale storage of grapes, which creates a situation where supply exceeds demand in the grape market." "Grape production areas around the Bohai Bay include Hebei, Liaoning, Shandong, Beijing, and Tianjin. This is the largest grape production area in China today. This area enjoys a maritime climate with moderate temperatures and a suitable volume of rainfall. This is excellent grape growing territory. Our vineyard of around 3 hectares is located in Laiyang City, Yantai County, Shandong, on the south side of the Bohai Bay. The five main grape varieties we produce are as follows: 'Lovers', 'My heart', 'Sunshine rose', 'KTP (Madonna gem)', and 'Clear skies'.
"The grape varieties we produce are developed by an independent specialist from Japan who was hired by our company. The specialist developed these grape varieties through non-intrusive methods with the use of advanced technology in Huliu Village, Shandong. We cultivate our new grape varieties and produce them in accordance with organic standards from sowing the seeds and spreading manure all the way until harvest."
"We currently sell our grapes under our own registered brand 'Huliu Grapes'. We mainly sell our grapes through traditional retail channels and e-commerce channels to wholesale markets and supermarkets in first-tier cities throughout China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Ningbo, and Qingdao. While we continue to develop our market share at a steady pace, we will also expand our operation by constructing 2 large greenhouses. Once we have stabilized our production volume, we will advance on the Southeast Asian market."
