This time the farmers prepared the land earlier than in previous years, said Jürgen Jakobs, chairman of the association Beelitzer Spargel and managing director of Jakob Spargelhöfen in Beelitz (Potsdam-Mittelmark), on Friday, answering questions of the Potsdam Tagesspiegel.
