The Bavarian Potato will also be present at Fruit Logistica (from 6 to 8 February 2019) this year. Also at this year's edition, the association is represented - together with five other exhibitors - at the Bavarian communal stand. The focus is on the successful cooperation with the quality label "Tested Quality Bavaria".

Bavaria is traditionally strong in exporting potatoes, emphasizes Johann Graf, Managing Director of the Bavarian Potato. "With an estimated 400,000 tons, this is at least between 20 and 25 percent of the Bavarian harvest, but this market does not run itself and must be intensively steered, which is why we use the international audience of Fruit Logistica."
