Serbia-produced raspberries and blueberries find market in Lebanon

This Tuesday the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management announced that an MoU on cooperation in agriculture was singed in Beirut, Lebanon.

The document was signed by Serbian and Lebanese Agriculture Ministers Branislav Nedimovic and Ghazi Zeaiter, promising more cooperation on further trade in agriculture and food products between Serbia and Lebanon.

Serbia is looking to export baby beef, pork, meat products and raspberries and blueberries to Lebanon, which wants to export olive oil and citrus fruits to Serbia. 

Nedimovic also met with Lebanese parliament speaker Nabih Berri, Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil and Minister of Economy Raed Khoury.
