Oldest hippopotamus in Thailand celebrates birthday with fruit banquet

Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Chonburi Province, east Thailand, celebrated the 52nd birthday of a hippopotamus by the name of "Jasmine". She is the oldest hippopotamus in Thailand. The zoo celebrated this milestone with a luxurious fruit banquet. The "fruit birthday cake" contained watermelons, dragon fruit, pomelo, wax apples, black-eyed beans, tomatoes, green papayas, sweet potatoes, carrots, and bananas. These are all favorite foods of the hippopotamus.
