Hongjiang oranges are produced in the Hongjiang Farm in Zhanjiang Prefecture, the "Chinese hometown of Hongjiang oranges" in Guangdong. The fruit is relatively large. The fruit peel is thin and smooth. The fruit itself is orange-red and moderately sour. The unique flavor and excellent product quality are the basis for smooth sales of Hongjiang oranges throughout China. The orange is favored by consumers and demand exceeds supply.

"The sales volume of Hongjiang oranges is limited and stable in comparison with other oranges. This is the result of limited production areas and weather conditions. Only Hongjiang Farm is currently able to guarantee the original characteristic flavor of Hongjiang oranges. The supply period of Hongjiang oranges begins every year in December and continues until March of the subsequent year." "We own 67 hectares of Hongjiang orange orchards in Hongjiang Farm. The orchards are located on the highest peak north of the farm where the oranges enjoy year-round sunshine. This guarantees the unique characteristic flavor of Hongjiang oranges and their high sugar content. We began producing Hongjiang oranges in 2015. 2018 is the second year of large-scale production and wholesale trade. This year's production volume is around 400 thousand kg, not including the oranges that do not meet commercial standards. We expand the surface area devoted to Hongjiang orange plantation every year to better satisfy consumer demand."
