UK: Pink Lady® celebrates its 21st Birthday with a sales boost

One of the UK’s most popular apple brands has reported a sales increase of more than 7% following a summer of high-profile marketing activity

Pink Lady® has reported that summer sales of its apples by volume are up by over 7% compared to the same period last year. This equates to over 1,000,000 more kilos sold throughout the summer. The brand attributes this increase largely to an intensive period of marketing activity.

We put our sales increase down to a successful combination of brand experience and exposure – with consumers having engaged with Pink Lady® across a range of platforms. The multi-channel activity has not only affected sales but has also increased Pink Lady® club members from 30,000 at the start of the year to over 55,000 currently.
