Gourmet Trading hires new Food Safety Director

Gourmet Trading Company, year-round distributor of fresh asparagus and blueberries, has hired Evangelina Kaudze as its Director of Food Safety.

“We’re excited about the addition of Evangelina to our team here at Gourmet Trading Company. Her experience in both sales and food safety allows her to understand all aspects of the business. We look forward to continually improving our food safety initiates under her guidance,” stated Gourmet Trading Company President/CEO, Brian Miller.

Kaudze has been in the produce industry for 7 years with experience in both conventional and organically grown products. She previously worked as Food Safety Manager at CCH Citrus, one of the largest citrus cooperative packing houses in California.
