According to the institution, the consumption of fruits is relatively low, on the whole, for all kinds of households, the average monthly consumption for one person being 3.69 kg in 2015 and 3.57 kg in 2014.

‘Significant differences are seen between households grouped according to their size, in households made up of one person who consumes 5.56 kg/person (5.19 kg/person in 2014) of fruits monthly, this is more than double against the average consumption of the households with 6 and more people (2.09 kg/person in 2014 and 2.41 kg/person in 2015) the quoted source said.
