Organisers of Asia Fruit Logistica (AFL) have opened exhibitor registration for the 2026 edition earlier than planned in response to higher interest from companies. The event is scheduled for 2–4 September 2026 at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong.
Exhibitor registrations are currently 23 per cent higher than at the same point last year, with confirmed participation from more than 30 countries. The organisers expect the First-Timer Pavilion to double the number of debut exhibitors compared with 2025.

The 2026 edition follows the previous year's show, which drew more than 14,000 trade visitors from over 70 countries. AFL continues to position itself as a meeting point for suppliers, buyers, and service providers active in Asia's fresh produce supply chain. The show's location is intended to support access to Asian markets as well as business with companies from regions including the Middle East, Oceania, Europe, and South America.
Exhibitors and visitors typically include growers, exporters, importers, distributors, and service companies. Participants use the event to present products, discuss retail and supply-chain developments, and establish new business contacts. Exhibitor information and sponsorship options are available on the event website.
Asia Fruit Logistica 2026 will again take place at AsiaWorld-Expo and will include exhibition areas, conference sessions, and program elements such as the Asiafruit Awards and the Innovation Hub.
