"Dubai is looking brilliant and hyper technological. Everything works. It is a pleasure to arrive here: for example, the exit times from the airport, which is one of the largest in the world, are very short, which is very useful for us entrepreneurs."

Wednesday is set to be the main day of the event. "I have noticed a strong increase in European fruit companies attending. The Italian ones are at least 20% more than in 2024. There are also lots of companies from Turkey, especially in the technology sector. For us, it is a very good fair. We have been attending for four years, and this is a hub for the entire Middle East with exhibitors and visitors, especially from Egypt, India, Pakistan, Iran, Algeria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. We discuss the market with them and present our innovations."

"The most important reason for our presence here is the presentation of our date grading machine, which is very accurate, also thanks to the use of artificial intelligence. The machine is a huge success, so much so that 80 % of the requests we received on the first day of the exhibition concerned dates."
