A shipment of fresh persimmon recently left the Gaoming District in Foshan City, Guandong. After a long journey, the persimmon will arrive on the other side of the Pacific Ocean like an autumn gift from China. This shipment consisted of 2,300 boxes with a total weight of 23 tons, and a value of 24,150 USD. This is the first time a shipment of fresh persimmon has successfully left the country via Guangzhou Customs. The customs agency in Guangzhou mainly focuses on lychee and oranges. They transport products to Canada, the USA, the Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, the UK, and the United Arab Emirates.
