First hydroponic vegetable restaurant opens in Beijing
During this winter season, the first hydroponic vegetable restaurant, LeafIn, was opened in the Beijing Modern Plaza. This attracted a lot of health-conscious, elite consumers. LeafIn encourages quality life and brings more healthy ingredients and new dinning experiences, which is in line with the Beijing Modern Plaza's develoment strategy.
Thanks to the intelligent LED plant factory within the store, the LeafIN restaurant can get its fresh vegetable supply without soil or chemical pollution. Moreover, the veg can be harvested all four seasons throughout the year. This healthy and green plantation needs zero transportation efforts, which represents the future of healthy cultivation.
