New warehouse completed for Staay Food Group

On December 18th Heembouw completed the new building for Staay-Hispa, commissioned by WDP Netherlands. At the 'Nieuwland Parc' business park in Papendrecht, Netherlands, Heembouw built a state-of-the-art warehouse for Staay-Hispa with a 7,500 square meter hall with refrigerated areas and a 2,100 square meter office. Habeon Architects created the design. BOAG advice and management were involved in this project as a consultant and managing board. The new location is close to Staay Export's existing building, which is located in Alblasserdam, Netherlands. This building has a 6,500 square meter hall, including a mezzanine and 1,500 square meter office.

Both companies belong to the Staay Food Group that supplies high quality, reliable fruits and vegetables from their own sources under the motto, "The world is our garden". Until now Staay Hispa has been located in Barendrecht, Netherlands. They will start moving to the new location in Papendrecht at the beginning of January. The new location will be up and running starting Monday, January 10th. Staay-Hispa signed a 15-year lease with WDP Netherlands.
