Chilean cherries mostly to Middle East and Asia

Salix Fruits is a fruit exporter with main offices in Argentina and Atlanta (US), but also works with regional representations in Chile, Peru, Mexico and the West Coast of the US. They offer a year-round supply of apples, pears, citrus and grapes.

However, they have more fruits in their assortment such as cherries. At this moment the Chilean and Argentinian cherries are in season. These cherries have a very short harvesting season. This year they have been available since the end of November and this will continue till the second week of January. The cherries are popular because besides their sweet and juicy taste, it's the first fruit of the season. There is a large volume available, approximately 200,000 boxes. Most of it will be exported to the main markets Middle East and Asia.
