Argentina: Blueberry production down 16% in 2015
This reduction is due to the weather events that resulted from the presence of the El Niño current, which brought a rainy season and a very cold spring.
Making a breakdown by destination; 9,200 tons are estimated for the US, 500 for Canada, 4,100 tons for Continental Europe and UK, and 200 for other markets. Less than 3% corresponds to maritime shipments.
