After the grand launch of the Avanza Avocados in the Indian market, IG International Pvt. Ltd. (IG) has now launched the prepacks for Hass Avocados from New Zealand exported by Avanza. The prepacks are packed and distributed by IG.
“This trendy new look has redefined the launch of the New Zealand Avocados. The pack of two avocados is not only a budget pack but also gives details about how and when to consume the fruit with details of the ripening procedure. It also contains a recipe from the well-known Chef Kunal Kapur,” says Mr. Tarun Arora, Director, IG International Pvt. Ltd.
Kunal Kapur, Celebrity Masterchef and avocado lover says, “Avocados interestingly blends with everyday Indian meals, the soft buttery texture and nutty flavour goes really well with many traditional dishes such as Bhel Puri and Tawa Pulao, they also blend effortlessly with curries.”
Each pack contains two pieces of avocados weighing approx 500 gms and a brochure that explains the ripening stages. The pack also has a recipe by Chef Kunal Kapur and a contest wherein the consumers can send a recipe made of avocado for a chance to win a dinner date with Chef Kunal Kapur.
The prepacks are priced at around Rs. 400 per pack and are available at major online stores and retail outlets in the metro cities.
