Last weekend Visbeen Transport celebrated their 90 year anniversary. Visbeen Transport was founded in 1925 by Adri Visbeen. Adri transported fruits and vegetables throughout the entire country in his T-ford, a pretty special car for the time period. 90 years later Visbeen Transport is not only a reliable carrier, but also a company that offers supply chain management, with customers like Lamb Weston/Meijer.
Given the economic situation in the transport sector, Visbeen Transport decided to celebrate the anniversary in an appropriate manner: small and in the office. There were a number of employees from DailyFresh Logistics at the celebration as well. Visbeen Transport ships goods to Britain together with DailyFresh Logistics (also known as 'groupage' shipping).
