Mioorto did very well at Fruit Attraction 2015 - "We met numerous buyers we hope we can do business with," explained Severino Bertoli (in the photo below), manager of the company with brothers Marco and Angelo.
Bertoli shows the new entry "Minestrone milanese".
The company exports 45% of its production in 32 countries in Europe, Baltic states and former Soviet Union except for Norway, Albania and Russia.
Lamb's lettuce is available in 100 and 250 gram packets.
"We are sending 4% of our production to Spain but we think we can increase that share. Our lamb's lettuce is much appreciated over there, just like the Catalana mix (carrots, endive, cabbage, red and yellow peppers) and Stir-fry vegetables (onions, peppers, leek, red and white cabbage)."
The "Ready-to-cook" range with broccoli and cauliflower in 200-gram doypacks.
"Among the new products presented at the fair, there were the Minestrone Milanese and Soffritto, which come with a recipe."
