Origine, which manages 19% of worldwide kiwis, is aiming at all markets looking for innovative and high-quality products. That is why it acquired the HFR-18 red variety, and has already planned on planting 400 hectares.
Over the next five years, Origine Group will have 10,000 tons of produce to sell between October and January. The first destination market will be the Far East.
