HelloFresh on the stock market

Major shareholder Rocket Internet announces that HelloFresh sees growing interest in investments in the online food market and is preparing an IPO. The company, that delivers meals in a box, is now worth 2.6 billion Euro. 

HelloFresh's turnover rose the first nine months of 2015 by 384% to 198 million Euro. In the third quarter the company delivered 13 million meals to 530,000 active subscribers. During the same time last year they delivered only 3.2 million meals to 115,000 subscribers. In the fourth quarter the company expects to increase sales by 15-20%. 

The IPO is being led by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, who work together with JP Morgan and UBS.
