"While the agreements signed so far with ZAIGER, BRADFORD, ex SHERMAN, etc., had allowed us to remain leader in varietal R&D over the past 50 years, we feel that the lines currently in development are not compatible with the goals set in our strategic plan," states Thierry Jean. "That is why we have decided not to renew the contracts that kept us together, even though we'll retain the rights over the material obtained up to 2014."
