US: EuroFresh Farms launches mobile website

In an effort to communicate effectively with its broad customer base, EuroFresh Farms, a year-round producer and marketer of greenhouse grown tomatoes and cucumbers located in Willcox and Snowflake, Ariz., has launched a mobile website, increased social media engagement with Twitter, Facebook and added a Pinterest account to the brand’s marketing strategy.

“Today’s shoppers are going more mobile. No matter what industry you are in, consumers are accustomed to having access to information on the go and at their fingertips,” said Mark Cassius, executive vice president of EuroFresh Farms. “We recognize the importance of having a mobile site that’s user-friendly and informative. We are excited to share with our consumers.”

In addition to the brand’s continued social media accountability and transparency, EuroFresh Farms launched a Pinterest account with the desire to give customers a behind the scenes look at how their favorite tomatoes are grown. The page can be found at Pinterest.com/EuroFresh.

“Pinterest is a valuable tool used to reflect the lifestyle supported by a brand,” said Cassius. “We believe our customers will benefit from the exchange of ideas about the role healthy eating can bring to their overall lifestyle and gain inspiration from fellow tomato and cucumber fans on inventive ways to cook with produce.”
