Sicoly-Sicodis launches frozen carrot pureé

The French Sicoly-Sicodis has brought carrot purée onto the market. The 100% natural carrot purée is rich in carotine, anti-oxidants and vitamins A, C and E.

The purée also contains no preservative or added colours and no sugar or salt has been added. The carrot purée, available in a packaging of 1 kg or 22 kg can be processed into sweet dishes, soups, desserts, cocktails and smoothies. Sicoly-Sicodis has brought frozen beet, tomato, red pepper, pumpkin and eglantine flower purée onto the market before.
