The business meeting, that counted on the collaboration from the Fundación PortCastellón and the Professional Association of Fruit Exporters in the Province of Castellón (Asociex), allowed the participating companies to have an agenda of individual interviews with other companies coming from Costa Rica, with the objective of restrengthening those commercial relations.

The journey gathered representatives from fruit producing and distributing companies in the province and logistic operators with an interest in establishing commercial relations with tropical fruit exporting companies in Costa Rica, a country in the forefront of external commerce and a door to other countries like the United States.

The business meeting was presided over by the general secretary from the City Hall, Carlos Fabra, the president for the Castellón Port Authority, Juan José Monzonís and had a large audience of businessmen from the province's horticultural sector that have an interest in establishing collaboration lines with the Central American country.
