Israel: All year round fresh-fruit quality from Juran
ArilSystem is an automated method for extracting arils from pomegranates at a previously unattained level of efficiency, output capacity, hygiene and quality. Available in a range of output capacities, a single head ArilSystem extractor handles 10-15 fruit per minute, while the double head extractors reaches production capacity of 20 fruit per minute, 28 fruit per minute, and the latest ArilSystem model is capable of processing up to 56 fruit per minute.
Juran's ArilSystem extractors are operated at over 32 installations worldwide; and the most recent ArilSystem-56 has already increased the pomegranate goods production in Turkey over the past two years.

FreshDefrost is a breakthrough pre-freezing process that allows the freezing of the most sensitive fruits, ensuring that after thawing the fruits maintain all the natural properties of fresh produce. This is a completely mechanical process that does not involve chemical substances. No more limp and runny fruits: after the FreshDefrost treatment, thawed fruit retains its original nutritional value, aroma, flavor, juiciness and integrity.
