Fresh potatoes from the Bordeaux region have recently arrived at Farm Frites. Because the potatoes are transported in refrigerated trailers (reefer trailers), they cannot be unloaded using a conveyor belt, Dennis Kabbedijk shares on his LinkedIn. Instead, a tilting platform is used to unload the cargo. This method results in a striking and impressive scene during the unloading process on site.
